Dr. Hani Elias is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in business, marketing, and management. He currently serves as the Director of Programs at the Egyptian Council for Training and Development, where he has played a pivotal role in establishing partnerships and collaboration opportunities with both international and local organizations, including the United Nations Women's Agency, the World Food Program, USAID, and the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA).
Dr. Elias' educational journey began in 2005, when he completed his undergraduate studies and subsequently joined the German Goethe Institute to study the German language for two years. In 2011, he obtained a Career Certificate in marketing from American University, where he continued his education for two years.
In addition, Dr. Elias is the CEO and Founder of the Wellbeing and Sustainability Summit, a premier platform dedicated to promoting holistic wellbeing and advancing sustainable practices through thought leadership, collaboration, and innovation. He has successfully forged numerous strategic partnerships and collaboration opportunities with international organizations, multinational corporations, and government ministries to ensure the summit’s success. These include partnerships with UN Women, AXA Egypt, and several esteemed organizations beyond Egypt’s borders.
Dr. Elias went on to pursue a master's degree in business administration from the Scandinavian Business School in Denmark in 2016, which he completed intensively in 2017. He then earned his doctoral degree in contemporary management from the same institution in 2018, after receiving permission from the university administration to complete his dissertation through diligent study.
Dr. Elias' expertise in business, modern management, and marketing has made him a highly sought-after consultant for numerous companies and organizations, where he has contributed to the restructuring of companies or departments within companies, the evaluation of current sales operations, and the development of profit-maximizing strategies. Throughout his career, Dr. Elias has held various advising posts, including the preparation of feasibility studies for economic projects outside of Egypt, particularly in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as well as his technical and commercial assessment of these studies and his administrative opinion on them.
Dr. Elias' contributions to the field of management extend beyond his academic and consulting work. He co-founded a company that facilitates logistical collaboration between airlines, shipping lines, freight and unloading companies, airports, and navigation services in 2006..
As a trainer for over 17 years, Dr. Elias has instructed hundreds of trainees in Egypt and abroad in various fields, including Marketing and Management, Soft Skills, Negotiating, Customer Service, and more.
Dr. Hani was unanimously selected by the committee members to serve as the Secretary General of the Human Resources Committee in the Federation of Egyptian Chambers of Commerce, with the aim of contributing to the development of the chamber's divisions and enhancing the efficiency of employees within member companies and chamber staff.
Dr. Elias published two insightful books in the business domain, offering valuable contributions to the field's knowledge. These publications delve into diverse aspects of business management, showcasing a dedication to exploring strategic insights and fostering a deeper understanding of key concepts within the business community. First book is “Marketing Role and Effects of Implementing the Balanced Scorecard” and the second “effective commitment in many Egyptian business sectors”, which was a request from the publishing company OmniScriptum S.R.L.
In 2015, the World Health Organization recognized Dr. Elias' expertise in policy development and appointed him as a temporary consultant tasked with developing policies and laws to combat the marketing of unhealthy foods and beverages to children in Jordan.
Dr. Hani Elias is a seasoned trainer and consultant renowned for their pivotal role in the Universal Health Insurance in Egypt (UHIA) project, undertaken in partnership with the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA). With a strategic focus, they spearheaded the enhancement of customer service, communication skills, and stress management for project staff, elevating operational standards in 2022 and 2023.
Moreover, Dr. Hani delivered targeted managerial and leadership training to Luxor and Port Said managers, fortifying project leadership and operational efficiency.
