Yasmine is also a certified assessor in multiple assessment tools and has created the first locally developed employer branding course in the Middle East and Africa.
She is a power-house of diverse skills & expertise with a long rich experience in Recruitment, Talent Attraction, Talent Management & Learning and Development.
Having contributed in multiple change management mega-projects for a couple of her employers, and being a certified change management facilitator & practitioner from Free to Grow South Africa, and HR Agile from IC Agile makes her on top of the change management & culture transformation experts in the market.
Yasmine, has built a unique experience in Communications, focusing on HR communications & internal communications strategies that fosters employee engagement & retention to thought leadership, employees' advocacy programs & strategies and executive presence. Being one of the first in the region to consult on market trends & practices in this sphere.
Yasmine created the first locally created Employer Branding course in Middle East & Africa that is hands on and practical, teaching it to aspiring Employer Branding teams since 2019.
