A Post-Summit CSR Initiative to Support NGOs, Small Companies, and Women Workers

Program Overview

As an extension of the Well-being & Sustainability Summit's impact, this CSR-driven training initiative aims to extend the principles of workplace well-being and sustainability culture beyond corporates to underserved or smaller segments of society.

The program offers customized workshops and capacity-building sessions for:
NGO staff and leadership teams
HR teams in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs)
Women workers in factories and industrial sectors

Each version is adapted to the specific needs, challenges, and capacities of the targeted group, ensuring maximum practical impact.

  • Link NGO internal culture with SDG goals, especially SDG 3, 5, 8, 10.
  • Equip NGOs to promote mental health, work-life balance, and gender equality among their teams.
  • Develop basic internal well-being policies adapted for resource-constrained environments.

Program Title:

"Well-being as a Competitive Advantage for SMEs"

Target Audience:
  • HR Officers, Line Managers, General Managers in SMEs
Objectives:
  • Demonstrate how SMEs can leverage well-being to boost retention, productivity, and growth.
  • Develop affordable, practical well-being programs suited for small companies.
  • Link well-being initiatives to CSR and SDG compliance to attract future investors and partners.

"Empowering Women Workers for Healthier and Safer Workplaces"
